What exactly do you do?

I take over and run your local business presence end to end — your Google Business Profile, review responses, local "near me" keyword optimization, photos, and monthly posts and offers. You get one person who owns all of it and reports back every month, instead of juggling it yourself or chasing an agency.

How much does it cost?

One flat plan — $750 per quarter. No setup fee, no long contracts, and you can cancel anytime. That covers your full Google Business Profile, ongoing optimization, review management, photos, and your monthly report. No upsells and no surprise add-ons.

Is there a setup fee or a contract?

No setup fee and no long-term contract. You're billed quarterly and can cancel whenever you want. The only "lock-in" is the good kind: while you're a client, I won't take on a competitor in your niche and area.

What does "one business per niche, per area" mean?

Once I'm working with, say, a plumber in your zip code, I won't take on another plumber in that area. Your competitors literally can't hire me. Your spot is reserved for as long as you stay — so the work I do for you isn't quietly being done for the shop down the street too.

How soon will I see results?

Most businesses I take over start climbing in the local "map pack" within about 2–4 weeks. By month three, the difference usually shows up where it counts — more calls, direction requests, and walk-ins, not just rankings. Every market is different, so I focus on steady, real movement rather than overnight promises.

Do I need a website?

No. Your Google Business Profile often does more selling than a website ever will, and that's exactly what I focus on. If you do have a website, I'll match your profile to it word-for-word so Google trusts they describe the same business.

Can you remove bad reviews?

I can flag reviews that are untruthful, that violate Google's policies, or that are tied to an issue you've already resolved, and push to get those taken down. I can't — and wouldn't — make honest criticism disappear. What I will do is reply to every review professionally, so customers see a business that's engaged and fair.

What do you need from me to get started?

Not much. Mainly access to your Google Business Profile and a few basics — your hours, services, and what you most want to be known for. I handle the heavy lifting from there and check in with you every month.

How will I know what you're doing each month?

At the end of each month you get a clear feedback email — what changed, what's working, any recurring complaints worth watching, and the quick wins I'm going after next. No jargon, just the stuff that actually moves your business.

Can you build a FAQ section for my own website?

Yes — building one is part of what I do. I'll write a full, ready-to-use FAQ/Q&A section tailored to your business, in the same clean format as this one, and set it up to drop straight onto your website. Your customers get their questions answered before they ever have to pick up the phone.
